    All Files are not forwarded to Dropbox and FTP

    Hi

    I have many issue with synch.

    I did made an integration with both dropbox and FTP and there are useless.

    They both do not sych. the files

    It IS a BIG issue, because I do use the form for an international phooto competition.

    For exemple see the attached screenshot

    The photographer sent 25 images and olny 14 sych on the dropbox and 8 on the FTP

    PLEASE HELP

    Hi,

    Please try to remove the forwarding of submissions to FTP or any of them and only use One integration. Our system will process the syncing of files on the same time and maybe it get cut off for some reasons (I.e Connections to your FTP Server is interrupted, there are too many files queued). Although we have just upgraded our servers to the most powerful one, there are times that issues like this will happen.

    You can also ask them to ZIP the files, then limit your File Upload field to only accept ZIP File so the system will only process a single file. This may help.

    Let us know for results.

    I did remove the FTP integration

    At the end of the call for entires.

    Whould yu be able to send me a full backup of all the files in a .zip folder ?

    I add the gdive and it seems that it works better than the dropbox

    Hi,

    Nope, we can't provide you a ZIP Files of the uploaded files. Download them from your form submissions instead;

    Yes, you may also consider using Google Drive Integration. If you'll find the same issue using that, please create a separate thread.

    We apologize for this delayed update, AnthropoGraphia.  Sometime around early May, we have made an update and should have resolved this matter.  Are you still experiencing problems on this matter?
