Received submission email but submission is not in JotForm Inbox.

    I've got the opposite - I've got an email to say a form has been submitted but it's not in the JotForm inbox

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

    We had an issue with Email Alerts for some EU users. Our developers resolved this issue.

    Please test your form again and let us know if the issue still persists.
