I do not receive any notifications on one of my email accounts

    However my hostingprovider whitelisted the JotForm IP addresses I do not receive any notifications on:

    storing@ijsselstijn.nl. (I do receive 'em at: info@ijsselstijn.nl).

    Could you please help me out here!

    @bennyijs

    Upon checking your account, i found that your email id "storing@ijsselstijn.nl" is in our bounce list (reason mentioned below). 

    Result: 

    storing@ijsselstijn.nl is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'"Unknown User"'

     

    I have removed this email address from the bounce list and you should start receiving your submission emails.
