Have taken my forms source code from here and embeded it into a wordpress text widget. I use jquery 1.5.1 and a few jquery plugins on my site. When I use jotforms source code some jquery functionality is broken. I have removed all of the jquery plugins I use and have concluded they are not the issue.
The jquery carousel at the top of the page is unaffected. The jquery testimonial carousel in the right sidebar is broken and any jquery that I try to apply to the form itself is broken.

By looking at your code, seems that you embedded using full source. Can you embed using script source (<script src="//form.jotform.com/jsform/xxxxxx"></script>)? I believe this will fix it up.
Hope this helps.

I checked again your site and it seems to work properly now.
If you're still having problems, please do let us know.

Afraid it's still got the same issue. Some jquery broken by using the full source. I need to use the full source as I need to apply jquery to the forms themselves, I am under the impression you need to be using the source to do this.
At the moment the form source code is killing my testimonial slider, its killing the jquery plugin that I use to give anchor tags a slide effect. It also kills any jquery that I apply to the forms themselves. If I remove
Issues are resolved, but ofcourse, the forms don't work.

I don't think it will be possible to use jquery in the fields of jotform as your carousel conflicts with the jotform script.
May I know exactly what are you considering on doing with your form and using jquery in it? Maybe I can find a solution for it.
Update: I lack a bit knowledge with jquery, but have you tried running jquery in noConflict mode? Not sure if it will work but please do let us know if it does.

So far I have been trying to figure out a way how to put up these two for compatibility but unfortunately, it's still not yet possible for some certain scripts to work along side by side. Although some do work alright.

after jQuery Plugin: Scroll to Top code applied, the feedback button disappear.

my jquery / jotform solution is:
1) Create your jotform and put it into a new page. Call it page1.html
2) Create a second page and call the first page via an iframe like:
<iframe scr="page1.html" frameborder="0"... > </iframe>
Both jQuery libraries and jotform libraries use the $ and that was causing a conflict.

Following the lead of joe_zaro, I have experimented on using Iframe as a possible workaround while the Jquery-Jotform incompatibility issue is being remedied by our developers.
Please create a new web page and paste the following code:
buttonText: "Contact - standard",
width: 700,height: 500});
</script></script><iframe src="http://www.jotform.com" frameborder=0 width=100% height=100% scrolling=auto align=middle></iframe>
Note: change the highlighted text with your website's URL.This is a simplified code. You can further customize it according to your needs.
The above code basically consists of a Feedback Form script and an Iframe tag to display your website. In this case, the Jquery script and JotForm Feedback Form script can co-exist since their codes will not interfere with each other because they are embedded on different pages. Please try this and let us know if it will work for you or not.
We appreciate your understanding on this matter. Rest assured that this is being attended to by our team. Thank you for using JotForm!

As much as this thread has been forgotten, I just would like to share that one of my colleagues was able to pull off something regarding the conflict between JotForm and jQuery carousel. You can read more details about the solution on this thread.
