Add Custom Amount Payments to products?

Asked by audabee on April 16, 2013 at 07:23 PM

    Hi,

I'm creating a form to arrange a trip and there are different prices for Adults/Children etc. It's all good until I get to the accommodation type:

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/31052197194958

The difficult bit is for this condition:

Have four people in one dorm $38 each Adult, $36 each Child
Have two people in one dorm $74 each Adult , $90 each Child

So, I need the people the ability to enter their own $ amount (I can't see another easy way of doing it).

    Is it possible?

    thanks!

    Sue

    Hi Sue,

That's possible but you need to change your product structure to donation type since it is not possible to use them at the same time. My suggestion would be to create another form with these options.

However, just in case you mean custom quantity where the user can input their own quantity, here's how:

    Select Custom Quantity (Text box)

    Thank you!

Thanks Elton. I suspected that I'd have to do effectively two forms (I needed the first option). I'll see what I can do to come up with something relatively smooth for the user.

    thanks again.
