I want to add a new sub account.

I have been asked to delete sub accounts so i can add more which i have and I am still am unable to add a sub account. 

I did check your account and found that you have added 6 sub-users in account and you should be able to add 4 more sub-users in account. Please check the screenshot below:

Do you get any error message when you try to add any sub-users? I would suggest you to please try to add sub-user again and get back to us if you have any trouble.
