    Hi Team

    The Signature of the client is not showing when the form is emailed to me.

    Please advise how i can fix this issue

    I am assuming that the signature is missing in the PDF attachment that is sent to your email. Am I correct?

    Are you referring to this form "92622117900854"?

    I can see that the signature appears correctly in the PDF Editor.

    Could you try to do the following in your account:

    1. Go to your account settings

    2. Uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files 


    3. Create a new PDF document in the PDF Editor and attach that into the email.


    Please try this option and let us know if the Signature is appearing correctly at your end in the PDF attachment.
