Changing account type

    Two questions:

    1. Trying to move from a premium account to a free account. The message I received when I changed said I needed to contact you.

    2. Pricing in the renewal email said $90 for a premium account. When I went into my current account, it said $69. Which is correct?

    Hi Jama,

    1. Your subscription is now cancelled. You will no longer be billed again. Your account will be downgraded to "Free" after the paid period expires which will be on 4/25/2013.

    2. Your first subscription to us was Premium Bi-Yearly Sale with 50% discount rate which is $69, it was expired last 2012. The $90 you've mentioned was another Yearly Subscription (this time not on sale) after the first subscription bi-yearly has expired. Therefore, both are correct.
