For days on end I am not able to create a form........... I prepaid for the year so I know it is not for no-payment. I need to create a form for an autism walk this weekend but fear that your company is going out of business as your system is no longer working. Will all of the forms I have created disappear?
I have been a customer for three years and have never experienced this.
Can someone please recommend as a reliable company to create forms with?

Our apologies for the inconveniences.
I have checked your account here and found no problems on the forms, I can load them on the form builder without any issues. Have you tried clearing your browsers cache and cookies, logging in/out with your account here? I can't seem to replicate the problem you've mentioned. Your forms are all working fine here. It might be an issue with your browser, if clearing your browser's cache doesn't help, please try it on another browser and open your forms. This helps verify if the issues are really browser specifics.
If none of these suggestion helps, please name the form in question so we can check it further.
