I have been using your forms fine for over a year, however a couple of days ago we noticed that customers have started to get a Java Script Error (see attached) when they press Submit.
Play around a bit it appears the error message happens when using Internet Explorer and works fine in Google Chrome?
Is there something we can do to get rid of the error message?

I was able to replicate the problem. However, this doesn't seem to be an issue on the stand alone form. So I think there's some updates with Jotform that conflicts on the page. If you are Ok with iframe embed code, this should fixed it. Here's How to get your Form's Iframe Code.
