Why my account is suspended?

Hi, I realized the reason why I was suspended was because of a form I was in the middle of making that had the word 'password' in it. Is it possible to delete the section that contained that word so that I can still use the form I was working on if my account can be reactivated?

It seems the account is suspended because of the word password as I don't see anything suspicious with the form. 

However, as you are not collecting any passwords from the users, I went ahead and re-activated your account.

Please try avoiding the word password, you can use something like "access code" instead of the password.
