I have only a few forms but they have different email notification... when i try to change them... they never go to the correct email...

Can you tell us which among the email messages never got to the correct email? We will check it further.
Please inform us if the issue persist even after applying the suggested changes.

Also realised that each form has its own email notification and that the email lists were not global...
