Unable to login as Account Suspended

    Dear Sir / Madam,


    We had created a form through your portal and was using it to conduct a survey in our office. Last night our IP got banned for reasons unknown and now we are unable to continue our survey.

    Now while trying to access your site, I am unable to view login. All I need is to download the responses collected till the time IP was banned.


    Kindly help us with the same.

    Based on the review, it seems that it has been a false-positive tagging. We have reactivated the account now.
