I am unable to navigate to the link you provided. It sends my browser into a constant refresh/redirect. Is someone available to chat? I'm trying to launch a site. My client just purchased your $9.95 plan and we've got initial setup questions. I've already moved passed the question above, and now I have other questions. I wouldn't have posted my question publicly at all. However, I am unable to reach someone via chat, and I don't know where to look for responses to the support form, as it does not include an "email" field. Can someone call me?
First of all , please accept my apologies for not contacting you soon. Chat support is usually open between 9 am and 6 PM (USA-EST) , however, it is upon staff availability. It's the same for Forum support, which is 24/7 but time response depends on staff availability
Can you please let us know the name of the target account and the form ID you wish to move ?
On regards to your Google Drive questions, no, it is not possible to bypass our servers, uploaded files will be uploaded first to our servers and then forwarded to 3rd party integration (either gdrive or dropbox), however, you could keep deleting the files from our servers in order to free up space. For future support interaction, please open a single thread for each question rather than making many questions in one thread.
