can the unique id code be converted to a QR code?

can the form generate a QR code for each response submitted showing the unique id code?

Unfortunately, that is not possible.

We have a Dynamic QR Code widget, which can be generated from any of the native form fields values: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/dynamic_qr_code  

However, it does not work with the Unique ID widget, as this widget generates the value after submitting the form.
