The form data does not go straight to the card created in Trello.

I have already do what you suggest, but it seems the jotform only create the card with the name. We need all data on the card, as the image I sent before from the Typeform

I just cloned your form and integrated it with my trello account. I was able to get the Name and Description into my trello board.

Can you please try to remove your trello integration and integrate it once again. Let us know how it goes.
