Hi! This is the second time I downgrade my account and I keep receiving the $39 billing. The email I'm supposed to receive never appears.
Please help me.

Thank you for contacting us. Your Silver subscription(I-HKP4X1KMP61W) is now cancelled, and the last payment has been refunded. Your account username "worksbhdm" is back to free plan, so there won't be more charges.
