How can I tell what the label numbers are?

Asked by iWin on April 07, 2011 at 01:50 PM

Hi, I have a very similar problem to this forum question: http://www.jotform.com/answers/16344-Is-it-possible-to-only-have-1-required-option-check-box-for-I-agree-with-your-terms-

I tried injecting the custom CSS you reccommended for the above user, but I suspect that my checkbox is a different label number so its not working. How can I tell what the label number is?

I actually was ablt to look a the html code and figure it out. One more question. After I save my form and then come back to it, it re-populates the checkbox with 3 options, it does not keep my text for just one check box saved, it reverts back to option 1, option 2, option 3, with 3 checkboxes appearing.

    Hi iWin,

For us to inspect and investigate on your concern, may we ask the form name where these check boxes can be found?

We'll wait for your feedback. Thank you for using JotForm!
