Forms requiring CAPTCHA picture verification all of a sudden?

    Our forms are requiring picture verification all of a sudden? Verify difficult for some of our users. Would prefer not to have this enabled.  Please advise...Thanks!

    The IP address we are using is: 97.76.232.2

    I do NOT receive this the CAPTCHA verification when I submit from a mobile device.

    I submitted a test submission to your form and it went through properly. I was not able to see or encounter the Captcha you're referring to.

    Is the form embedded on a website? If yes, please share it so we can check it further.

    Thanks. No it is not embedded on any website. Users submit forms thru tablets (we provide onsite) that autoload to the link I provided.  I also tried thru a mobile device and did not have any issues. Can it be an issue with the IP address (97.76.232.2) not being "trusted"?

    Does our IP Address need to be "Whitelisted" by JOT?

    We have 3 tablets that members submit forms with so it can look like a lot of entries all at once thus looking like a spam attempt? Staff will also edit submissions that may have contained errors. Notice how our submissions all come from the same IP Address, often within seconds of one another.  

    This CAPTCHA is really slowing down our operation and needs to be corrected ASAP. Thanks!
