How do I email my form to a group? Can I BCC?

Unfortunately no, it is not possible to send submission email in Cc and BCc. Here are the options available to achieve your requirement:

Send Bcc: You can also add multiple notification email alerts in your form and configure each of them to send submission emails to one single person. This will ensure that no other recipient is able to see the other recipient of email.
