Could you please provide us with a link to the page where the customer is trying to submit the form? Also, please let us know if they are receiving any specific errors.

They have clicked on everything and they have clicked the “robot” check box.
Never had a problem before. Now we have had 2 in 2 days.
This is a big problem for me. I rely on this method to prepay for soccer courses.
Please solve immediately! Thank you

Also, you may consider removing the Captcha field from your form. Since you have a required payment field, this is not likely that spammers can abuse your form.
