PDF Document: getting error when loading the PDF document

    I am getting this error when I am trying to download the original filled PDF

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    I can see you have this problem on the  PS Homestay 2019 Student Travel Form. The document titled "Original PDF" is not loading and giving you the error message. There is also no option to delete that one, it seems stuck.

    I have forwarded this thread to our backend team for further troubleshooting. Once we have an update, you will be notified here.

    In the meantime, go to your attachment settings, and select the working PDF document. I see the "New Document 1" document is working.

    The only reason I am using Jotform is for this form to work..
    I need this fixed ASAP

    I can see that the ticket has already been assigned and is marked as Important. Unfortunately, we could not give any ETA as to when this will be fixed. Rest assured that once we get an update, you will be notified via this thread.

    Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    The issue should be fixed now. I was also able to confirm it by going into your PDF Editor and downloading the Original PDF.
