Why did my images change to pictures of puppets?

Asked by Verge on April 18, 2013 at 09:11 PM

I had someone on the forum set me up a custom form that put radio station logos into 3 columns with radio button options underneath. It's been working fine for weeks now and all of a sudden today the images had changed to pictures of puppets??

    See screenshot. https://www.evernote.com/shard/s49/sh/c0e56a26-3458-49d1-a414-89a70d238af5/92e7653ec3dc10f552a4f88d12c1947d/deep/0/Screenshot%204/18/13%205:19%20PM.jpg

This is what it looked like before: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s49/sh/5036c89c-ed3d-45a0-a90e-a9ed2d66cc53/3605a7d000f1e02d204f74f5c8842f8d/deep/0/Screenshot%204/18/13%208:10%20PM.jpg

    Can someone please help?

    Hi,

When I trace the image URL it seems like it was uploaded to one of my colleagues account, pinoytech. This is probably because you've cloned his form and his images are overwritten from his account. We can help you fixed this. Do you have the URL of those logos so we can replace the the wrong images to your form?

We'll be looking forward to your reply. Thank you!

Sure, I appreciate your help. Can you modify my existing form or am I going to have a to clone one that you make from a clone? If you do clone one of my forms, please use the one called: FINAL - RRR Questionarre

Thanks so much. There is actually another question (the first question on the form) that should be exactly like this question as far as the images go. I'll attach a screenshot to show. Could you fix that one as well?

Also - please know that question 1 options are different than question 3, but they both need to have the radio station logos. So do not copy the question 3, just add logos to question 1. Make sense?

    Hello Verge,

Can you ask the second question as a separate thread?

    http://www.jotform.com/contact

We try to keep each separate issue in separate threads so that we can assign tickets and manage the threads better, and it is also easier to find out answers for all jotform users.
