E-signatures displayed as a broken image on email notification

    I have one of the new signature fields on a form (http://form.jotformpro.com/form/31016224919954). It's a required field.

    See screenshot below: you'll see that the signature is not being correctly captured or delivered. Instead it's a broken image.

    I've had a few of these. Some come through, some don't. For example, on this form, one signature came through and one didn't.

    We already have an open ticket and one of our customers is working to fix this issue, if you go to the Submissions View page, you'll see the signature there

    But like I said , the problem is already escalated and hopefully it will be fixed soon

    At any rate, I've opened a ticket on this thread as well.

    I'm still getting problems with this and - as usual - have a few unhappy clients. What's the lastest on a fix.

    Thsi ticket is already assigned to a developer, he will surely see your comments and hopefully will get back with an update

    To clarify: I'm getting the broken image icon for signatures as well as attached files.

    The current ticket for the broken e-signature in email is still open and in development. You will be notified by our developer when there is news/update available on its progress.

    Hi,

    Tested a form with 3 signature fields.

    1. Default Notification mails work properly  (user should display images on email)

    2. Default Auto-Responder mails work properly (user should display images on email)

    3. Notification in with HTML Mode works properly

    4. Auto-Responder in with HTML Mode works propery

    5. Both mail in Text Mode contains images as long URL (e.g. http://www.jotformpro.com/uploads/mdikici/31292689246968/233996042461280211/233996042461280211_signature_1.png)

    Signature images was in email on all my tests, do you still face the problem?

    was there any solution to this problem as i am facing the same issue with signature appearing as a broken image icon in the submission email as well as the submission pdf files
