    I am trying to send a form and it won't send.  I am getting the error "you have reached your daily limit."  I have not sent any forms today nor am I aware there is a daily limit on the number you can send

    Could you please let us know if you are getting the error when using a 'Share on Email' option or some other option?

    Is there any follow up? I still can't send out my forms which is a big
    issue for me. I need to get this feature working.

    Unfortunately, we have not received any updates yet. Please note that there is no estimated time-frame for a resolution.

    While this is being reviewed, you may try sharing the forms URL from your own email address.

    Note: in regards to cancelling your subscription, you just need to contact us via our forum, or email(support@jotform.com) to make the request, and we will cancel it and process a prorated refund.

    We would like to apologize for the delayed update.

    Please kindly try the 'Share on Email' option again to see if it is working properly now.

    Note that the invitation/share via email messages are limited to 20 emails/day on the Storage plan.
