    I have created a form with a required area. It works when I preview it from the site, but when I use it on my site using the publish code, The form is submitting even if the required areas are not filled.

    @eugon

    Looks like there are conflict between jotform script and other scripts on your site. Request you to embed your form using iFrame embed script. That should solve your issue.

    Let us know if you continue to have this issue and we will investigate further.

    Thanks,

    by the way, when publishing it using the iframe code, the size of the
    iframe causes problems. As the form elongiates with the error messages, the
    items go off the limits and become unavailable. Using the direct embeding
    code worked better.
    thanks again, all the best...

    @eugon

    Glad to know that your issue was resolved.

    Just to let you know that, the height of the iFrame can be adjusted by changing the height property in your iFrame script.

    Should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

    Thanks,
