How do I create an "if/then" conditional field?

Asked by mattwells41@gmail.com on April 19, 2013 at 09:50 AM

My Project Request form is for requesting the services of multiple departments.  Some departments require more information from the requestor than others.  In that case, I'd like to display that specific information only if the user needs that department.  How would I create a conditional field that would allow the user to only see those specific boxes pertaining to that department, rather than making it visble to all?
