How do I transfer ownership of forms to another account?

Different note, how do i transfer ownership of forms to another account.  Our office assistant will be taking over the forms, but the account is linked to my personal email.

You can change the account username and email linked to the account where the forms are present. These can be changed from the Account settings > Profile page.

OR we can help you move/transfer forms to another account.
