Help with password

    Hi, 


    I have followed all the steps to reset my password, but the issue is that I still have not received an email confirming or letting me officially reset. This is now the second day of this issue. I have tried to reset with the very clear online steps 4 times, but never got a confirmation email with next steps. 

    My email is szimmer@keystonescienceschool.org. Let me know what you find in your email logs, please, as I use Jotform daily for oversight and support of coworkers.

    I was not able to find an account under your e-mail address.

    It looks like that the account is under a different e-mail.

    Please provide the username or the e-mail address of your account, so we can check it.

    Hi! I figured out what went wrong. We have an organizational account, and I had been putting in my personal work email. Whoops! Thanks for your help.
