All of my online form submissions are gone after downgrade

The credit card used for our account was cancelled due to suspicious charges. I updated our credit card number but just noticed 2+ years of our submitted forms are gone!!! Please tell me they can be recovered. Please advise ASAP. 

The submission records should be restored. Please kindly check it again.
