How do I know it was sent?
- mathquizAnswered on April 21, 2013 at 12:53 PMIf you receive a thank you message after completing the form the submission has been sent to the user who created the form. Make sure that form is on the account you are checking for submissions. Submissions in my experience are mostly instantaneous in getting to the inbox. Hang tight for a more detailed support team answer.

I checked your form's notification alert configuration. I checked our email server log and see that emails are getting delivered to your email id. Can you please check your SPAM folder. Here is the email server log:

Another issue i noticed in your notification that you have not selected the "Sender Name". Please provide a sender name.
