    Yes I need someone to make a tryout registration form so they can pay for
    the tryout and have it linked to my account .

    I checked on your account/username DELionPride  but you do not have existing form/s on your My Forms list yet.

    Can you please share to us the URL link of the Registration Form you wanted a tryout on.

    We can try it out for you as well once we know the link.
