I can not create new user. When I create a Sub Accounts, an email is sent empty. what's the problem?

Were you able to sort this out already?
Upon checking, I found you have at least 2 sub-users on your account already.
Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

All new sub-created users do not receive email for a username and password, do not have the credentials to log on, the emails received are totally blank.

When you create a sub-user and share your form an email will be sent to the user. Now the user need to register a account using the same email id on which the invitation was received.
Request you to signup for a free account using the same email id and you should see the shared form in your account.
