Cancel submission to a form created in JotForm

i just accepted the service  but i would like  to cancel  because  i found  better deal. Thank you

Could you please provide us the Account ID/Form ID associated with it. If you are referring these two guest account only, please confirm us so that we will delete it from our database.

I am sorry but i didn't  receive any confirmation email giving me those  information. Only think i can give  was my email address.  Hope you still can cancle

I have checked the mail logs of the email address that you are using in this post on my end and it appears that you have used the same email address when you submitted the form created by one of our users.

If you wish to cancel your subscription or the information you submitted in that form, I would suggest that you contact the owner of the form. Perhaps you could check the website where you accessed the form or the email you received when you submitted the form and look for any contact information of the form owner.
