Security message displayed on form submission

Hi,

I just signed up for a yearly plan and I was hoping the security message does not pop up after someone fills out my form. Is there any way I can turn this off? 

The form is supposed to display a thank you page upon the submission.

Could you please provide us with the security message you see? Also, if you use an embedded version of the form, please provide us with a link where we can test it.

Here goes the link and screen shot of the message that pops up after the form has been filled out. 

Please try the following. Locate the next line of code in your web page:

< input type="hidden" id="simple_spc" name="simple_spc" value="92375840562159" >

And change the value in that line from 92375840562159 to 92375840562159-92375840562159
