Hey does this stop forwarding survey responses to the Google Sheets spreadsheet if you edit the Google Sheets spreadsheet (e.g., add other columns working with the populated data)?

Please note that if you edit column header of integrated google spreadsheet, it will break the integration. If the label of column header of integrated google spreadsheet is changed, the submission data for that column will not be sent to google spreadsheet.

That is the reason we suggest you not to edit the integrated google sheet. If you need to make changes, you should add a new sheet and make the changes in the new sheet.
