How can I see the results of all my other questions in the visual report?

Hi, when i go to the reports of my forms I only see the statistics of my first 2 questions, how can I see the results of all my other questions in the form? 

You may add new chart field to the report and set the required field to display. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with more information on the visual report.
