Is there a way to include the form title in the auto PDF that shows in the inbox.

I used to be able to print the auto pdf from inbox and it would show the form title at the top of the page.  Recently the title has disappeared and I'm finding it difficult to know which form I am looking at.  (I have a number of similar forms that have the same questions at the beginning but are different overall)

I'm not sure why the title stopped showing up.

I would prefer not to do a customized pdf as I like the one that automatically comes up and its formatting - but would like to have the title included.

It's possible to include the form's name on the PDF document, here are the steps:

    1. First, edit your PDF document, you may do it from the inbox page, click on the "More" button and the "Customize PDF" option:

    2. Once there you can add the form title from the add element section:

    3. Then download the document you've modified, while downloading from the inbox page make sure to be selecting the same document where you've added the form title:

    I hope this helps.

Thank you.  I do understand I can create a new pdf and edit it to have the form title, however that means I need to download that pdf each time.  I was hoping it was possible to edit the defaulted jotform document that appears automatically in the inbox - as I just hit print to get it.  With the pdf option there's 3 extra clicks and waiting to download each one just to print it.

Is there a way to edit the defaulted one or is my only option to create a new PDF.

    Thanks again.

Unfortunately, this is not included in the Print settings. Actually, this is not a PDF, so you can not customize it.

You can select a Layout and Line Spacing, but you can not add labels.

However, we can submit a feature request for you, if you want. But, there is no assurance that this will be implemented.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.
