Website problems.

Is there something wrong with the site? I am not able to access my forms. When the link is followed, it says the forms are disabled but I do not have any of the forms disabled.

I am also not able to log in via my computer. When I try to log in via google it does nothing at all. I attempted to log in using my username/email & Password & I was told my password was incorrect so I reset it and still wasnt able to log in using my new password.  I can access my dashboard via the Android app however I had previously logged into the app back when I originally downloaded it.
