    4. Thus I created a Pdf version of my form (Titled:"SYBARES CONTRACT") which corresponds nicely to my desired "contract" outcome.

Is it normal that I see only the pre-filled version of the pdf ? I mean if a new form submission is sent, I get to see that a new version is added (Submission 1, Submission 2, etc) listed by date.  But I can only visualise every new "pdf form version" submission if i download it as a pdf.

    a. Is this normal? I mean normally you are supposed to see the pdf form version filled with submission input, no?
    b. Also, for every new submission there's no title, only "Submission n" "Submission n2" etc. But normally it should have the form's first field input as a name/title, no?

If you want to see the new submission data in the PDF editor, you should adjust the PDF document. Then when you go through the submissions, you will see the different submission data.

Usually, the system use the Full Name field and display it as a name of the submissions. But since you do not have a Full Name form element on your form, it displays it as "Submissions 1", "Submission 2" etc.

    Hi Ivaylo,

    thanks for the reply.

How can I adjust then the pdf document in order to show the equivalent per-submission entries ?

If by any case that helps, I deleted all the other versions and kept only my contract one

    Cheers

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly? Do you want to get change the name of the submissions?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

The first name field in your Form is mapped to the submission name which you see in the PDF editor. Since you do not have any name field so the PDF report title displays as Submission 1, Submission 2.

I have added a name field in my cloned Form and it displays the name field in the PDF report as well.

    Are you referring this?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

    Hi again,

no, sorry,  I didn't refer to the title of the pdf form,
but to the entries for each form submission into its pdf equivalent.

Now when a form submission is sent, I see that there's a new pdf "Submission(number)" but the pdf {form fields} are empty = no data from the form equivalent form submission appear on it.

Only if I download the pdf form I get the complete outcome : pdf elements & form fields together.

Normally this shouldn't happen, right? Shouldn't I see for every Submission(number) its pdf form with input from the equivalent form fields?
