Date not showing in email

    I've put a date time field on my form, and removed the time so only the DDMMYYYY is chosen.

    However, when the email comes through, the fields are empty.

    Sorry, it's used for internal purposes so it's not on any websites

    Hi BruceWayne,

    I'm not sure if I fully understood your concern. When you receive the email notification, do you see no information on the Date field, or do you not see the Date field at all?

    if you don't see the Date field at all, please verify that the date string is included in the email template as shown below: 

    But, if you can see the Date field in the email but there's blank information next to it, then you can make this field mandatory by turning the Required button on. In addition, if you want to get the date when the form was filled out by your guest, you can also turn on the Default Time button.

    Can you provide a screenshot of the tag used to output the date only? It may also be useful if you could provide a screenshot of just that specific field.

    Do you mean to say that this is not within JotForm's? Just wondering if this is a purchased JotForm application / engine.

    Anyhow, have you checked your email notification settings of this form in issue and see if the actual form field is there? You might need to remove and add again the field and value.
