If you fill in an e-mail who is allready in your database, you get a error box in a rounded rectangle with a big yellow exclamation mark. Is it possible to style this page?

This is actually not a Styling Error as far as I can tell. It is a Warning Message that is displayed since you currently have a Submission Limitation on your form and this will cause it to block further Submissions from the same person trying to fill in your form again preventing Multiples depending on how you set up the rules to limit it.
After Inspecting your form I then realized that you've set the " Email Limit " to deny people using the same email address which is causing this problem to occur on your form.

And is it possible to style that warning message (ie. smaller fonts, no exclamation mark)?

You can only change the text of the warning message by editing the form warnings from the Preferences on your form builder.
If you have an existing form that you wish to edit, the place holder will not appear at the bottom part. Just click on it:
But if you are doing this on a new form, it should appear fine.
Next, click on it to be able to change/insert the contents for your error message. Please do take note that the upper message is the title/header (bigger), while the lower one is the long description. These two are just separated by a new line.
Once done, click OK, click save, and save your form. The sample above will look like this if the unique submission is enabled
