    User Agreement to access form

Asked by Zipline_ZPS on April 08, 2011 at 02:56 PM

If I wanted to design a form so that the user has to accept the terms of the form's use prior to filling in the form, how would I do that?

For example, the form opens with an end user agreement, the user clicks "agree" to gain access to the form or "disagree" ends the form.

    Hi,

This can be made possible using Conditions. Refer to this page - Conditional Logic to learn more about conditions. You may also take a look at this sample form I made as  a proof of concept. Feel free to import this form for your own use or as a learning material.
