Check to see if someone filled out form already from their company

Asked by FocusedMarketing on April 23, 2013 at 11:45 AM

We are creating a form that would like to check to see if someone from their company already filled out the form and paid. If someone from their company has done that, then they would recieve a discounted rate becuase they are the second, third etc person from that company to fill out the form and process their payment.

Is there a way to do this to check the form fillouts and do a condition in the form based of the results to provide a discounted rate for the additional payments?

    Hi,

We still don't have a function to add discounted rate in our Payment Tools. A possible workaround for that is to create Multiple Payment Form.

How to Create a Basic Multiple Payment form

Setup Paypal along with Other Payment Options

    Example Form: http://jotformpro.com/form/30663431255954

First, you will have to setup both Discounted Form and Original Price Form.

Second, setup a base form. The base form will contain your question such as if they already registered or if they are a new company. If they selected the option that they already registered, show the discounted rate form using Conditional Logic Show/Hide Condition.

Please check the guide for the whole details and let us know if you have any questions out of it.

    Thanks

Also, please notice that the Base Form does not have any submit button on it. The submit button is all presented on each different pricing form.

    Thanks
