How to get previous submissions?

How can I get back my previous submission record after upgraded my account? Thanks.

Are you referring to retrieving the deleted submissions? Can you please elaborate your exact requirement so that we can assist you accordingly.

Hi Ashton, before my account being downgraded, I have thousand of submissions in my storage, now I already upgraded my account back to silver package and I would like to retrieving the deleted submissions. 

I have restored the over quota deleted submissions and it should now be displayed in your form's submission page.
