I have set some of the fields as required but I am able to submit the form without filling any values on the required field.

The issue you may be having is to do with a js pop up set to appear on submit :)

I checked your form and see the validation works fine.
Do you mean to say that after you embed your form in your site, the validation doesn't work? If that is the case looks like there must be some conflict between jotform script and other scripts on your website.
To solve this issue, please use iFrame embed method to embed your form.
Let us know if you continue to have this issue and we will investigate further.
