We have been getting complaints that students are submitting our application forms but we can not see them in the system? can you please help?

I have submitted the form, and my submission went through. There are also fresh entries on your submissions page (from Apr, 22 and Apr, 17).
However, I have noticed that the form validation (required form fields) is not working correctly on your web page. This is happening due to conflicts between scripts. In order to fix this, please replace your embed code with an iFrame version. The iFrames do not conflict with anything on the page.
