We we get an email (form response) from a customer, can we simply "reply" to it?
We can do that now and it makes life real easy.

Yes, you should be able to do that on your email app and with JotForm.
1. Go to your My Forms page
2. Select the form and click on Submissions button above it
3. While on submissions page, select submissions and click reply.
Note that free users are limited to "2" reply/forward per hour. However, upgrading to one of the paid plans will increase this limit. Thank you!
