Email forwarding not working

    Test email (from setup) seem to work every second time I try, preview worked for a while and not anymore, running the form on my CMS website didn't work at all. Unfortunately I cannot show you it on the website because if it does not work then I have to put in an under construction notice and take it off, so we don't get false enquiries (we do not have the time/resources to monitor the enquiries in jotforms).

    I have added all the email servers to my safe sender list:

    Is there a way I can see what is bouncing and why?

    I need to know this will work without failures before I can advise my company to purchase the monthy subscription to extend online enquiries limit to over 100.

    The test email button will only send the notification email to the account email address. If you need to test the notification you have created that uses a different email address, you would need to do an actual submission to test it and not by using the test email button.
