I keep receiving these autoresponder emails that are legitimately coming from JotForm according to the header information except that I am the sole person with access to the JOTFORM account and I am NOT requesting a password request. I've received 20 of these in the past 30 days. Please have your support team check this out. More than happy to provide screenshots, email access, etc.

    Dear {CLIENT USERNAME},

    Hi Jeremy,

The only possible way to stop this email is to change your Jotform Email Address, for the two accounts you have with us.

    Premium Account: jbbman

    Free Account: kehillatmaarav

Both of this account are using your email address: jeremy@Broekmancomm.com

    Thanks
