Receiving Illegitimate PASSWORD REQUEST email notifications from JotForm

    I keep receiving these autoresponder emails that are legitimately coming from JotForm according to the header information except that I am the sole person with access to the JOTFORM account and I am NOT requesting a password request. I've received 20 of these in the past 30 days. Please have your support team check this out. More than happy to provide screenshots, email access, etc.

    Hi Jeremy,

    The only possible way to stop this email is to change your Jotform Email Address, for the two accounts you have with us.
